Our highest install volume by far and a top profit driver. Lock keypad boxes, driver locations, and shade pockets in your framing package and the rest of the finish trades stop tripping over the lighting.

Our highest-value, highest-margin line - flagship James Loudspeaker architectural speakers that disappear into ceilings and walls. One clean wire schedule at rough-in avoids opening drywall later.

Ubiquiti, Access Networks, and WattBox in every job. Ethernet home-runs, sized racks, and managed power on day one is what keeps the smart-house calls off your phone in July.
Winter (Jan–Mar) is prime time on the Vineyard - owners are away, the ferry is quiet, and we can be on-site for the messy phases. If you're pipelining next year's builds, this is the season to lock in the schedule and let us handle rough-in while the rest of the trades reset.
